  1. Flash!Cards 3.0 is a Windows application designed to aid in vocabulary
  2. memorization.  It is designed to emulate the infamous flash cards that
  3. clutter the desks of students everywhere.  For foreign language learners,
  4. it features the ability to input foreign characters and even has a 
  5. feature to test your spelling ability.

  7. Flash!Cards 3.0 is written in Microsoft Visual Basic 3.0 Professional 
  8. Edition and therefore requires the VBRUN300.DLL, which can be obtained
  9. off of most bulletin boards.  To install and run, place FLASH.* and *.FLC 
  10. files in their own directory, move THREED.VBX to your Windows System directory,
  11. and move the sample FLSHCRDS.INI to your Windows directory.  You may delete
  12. the .INI file if you wish, and when you run FLASH, it will create a new one
  13. for you.

  19.     THREED .VBX  - custom control file
  20.     FLSHCRDS.INI - file that hold the topic information
